I am a 26-yr old web developer based in NY. I have been designing/developing web sites since 1996 when I had my first web site thanks to the 2MB free hosting I got for being a member of America Online. It has since become my passion and hobby and now I am lucky enough to be paid to do it.

I received a BS in Computer Science from Quinnipiac University in CT, and also minored in Interactive Digital Design. My work has won a few awards and been featured in the Logo Lounge series of books.

I design and develop sites by hand using the latest in web standards practices. Right now my tools of the trade are PHP (w/CodeIgniter,Zend), ASP.NET, VB.NET, MSSQL, MySQL, CSS3, XHTML/HTML5, JavaScript (w/jQuery), Web 2.0 APIS (Google, Twitter, Facebook, etc) and even Adobe Flash in some cases. Lately I have been getting into Ruby on Rails as well as developing for Google's Android mobile operating system.

Discovery

I'll ask a lot of questions about you and your business, what you want to accomplish with your web site, and any long or short term goals you may have. Once I feel I have an idea as to what your web site should be about, together we will come up with a feasbile strategy to begin putting it all together.

Design

Using the information I learned during the discovery phase, you will be presented with a series of possible site designs. During this time you can review and give your suggestions as I revise the designs to your liking. We continue this back and forth process until you have a final design you are happy to call your web site.

Development

Once a design has been selected and approved, I get to work turning it into a working web site. Clean CSS/XHTML templates will be developed, Javascript behaviors created, and any data driven portions of the site will be scripted. You will be able to see my progress as I work, and give your feedback throughout the development process.

Testing & Launch

After the development phase, all areas of your site will be thoroughly tested in all of the latest web browsers. If we find any discrepancies, they will be promptly fixed. Once we feel the site is bullet-proof, I can hand the deliverables over to you, or help you setup servers and domain names to get your site launched right away.
